Paying for your order

Every order is cash on delivery. You pay the courier when your parcel arrives — there is no online payment and no card details are ever collected.

Please have the exact amount ready where possible. Couriers may not carry change.

Before we dispatch

We call the mobile number on your order to confirm the address and timing. If we can’t reach you after two attempts, the order is held rather than sent out.

Tracking

Use your order number and mobile number on the tracking page to see where your order has got to.
